Hi, my name
is John Savage and welcome to my website. My aim in my work is to
produce motorcycle artwork to the best of my abilities. Contained
within this site you will find available, original paintings,
drawings and prints that I have done so far, with more yet to come.
Hopefully each one slightly better than the last.
Though I am more than happy to paint the heroes from the modern era of Moto gp, WSBK and BSB, I have a more natural affinity to the heroes of the 500cc era and the early superbike riders. When traction control was truly dictated by how hard you turned the throttle, or not.
Motorcycle racing is an art in itself, I just try to capture a moment of that in the best way I can. Hope you enjoy.
Yours

Well, this will be our next event, something far more local than we normally do. The Hornsea Bike Event
is a nice day out whether your into bikes or not. Situated in a park it's a beutiful setting for you to wander, enjoy the sun and see what's on offer. Bikes, accersories, music. Take a day off and come and have a look and say hello.
I am a text block. Click on me to drag me around or click a corner handle to resize me. Click the settings icon (it's the left one, looks like a cog) to change this text. You can type new text into me or cut and paste text from somewhere else. Click outside of me when you're done and any changes will be saved.
The four legends that are Lawson Gardner
Schwantz and Rainey, await the green
light to go head to head in what is
generally regarded, as the golden years of
grandprix racing.
The above piece is a combination of acrylic paint, charcoal and pencil and of all my
work I think this is definately one of my
favourites. Visit my galleries and see what
else is available to purchase as either an original, or in print, for your home, or workshop.
Hope you like them, as much as these did.
